Our story
Most Ugandan businesses we meet run on a mix of an accounting package, a dozen spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper delivery notes. It works until the business grows: a second branch opens, stock counts stop matching, month-end takes two weeks, and the owner can’t see today’s cash position without phoning three people.
ERPNext Uganda exists to close that gap. ERPNext gives growing companies the kind of integrated system that used to be affordable only to multinationals, without a per-user licence. What it needs is someone who can set it up around how a business in Kampala, Mbarara or Gulu actually operates — UGX and USD on the same invoice, mobile money receipts, VAT on the right lines, stock moving between upcountry depots.
We start with your processes, not the software. We map how orders, purchases, payroll and reporting move through the business today, decide what ERPNext should change, and configure only what you will use. Your team is trained on their own data before go-live.
After launch we stay. Most of the value of an ERP comes in the second and third year, as reports improve and more of the business moves onto the system. We plan for that from the first meeting.
